Research examining the accuracy of different MRI sequences used for neuronavogation in endoscopic skull base surgery. Geometric distortion is not likely a significant contributor to accuracy. Our recent publication in @ActaNeuro. ‘What’s in a name’, a systematic review of the pterional craniotomy and all its minor variations. We talk about a simplified and standardised nomenclature that focuses on the fundamental principles of aneurysm surgery, an ‘inside-out’ concept.
