Our beds are full-size. For a double occupancy room, the beds are twin.

We are so excited for move in which is scheduled on August 21st and 22nd. The move in time email was sent on 7/16.

Move in times will vary by floor and more info will be sent closer to move in day on this topic. It will be important that you arrive during your scheduled time frame as you will be unable to check in at any other time aside from this.

No, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any move-ins before your scheduled move-in day.

Yes, we will have movers on site to help you quickly unload your items. We do ask that you limit your family to one vehicle per student on move-in day as parking is limited and only available to those who reserved a parking space.

You will need to bring a photo ID and anything not completed on the FastPass checklist which you can find when you log into the resident portal.

To qualify for the FastPass, you must complete all items on the checklist prior to move in day. In doing so, you can skip the line and go straight to key pick up. You cannot purchase a FastPass.

We will be unable to issue keys to you until all items on the move in checklist are complete. You will need to check in and complete all paperwork/requirements prior to receiving keys.

If you have signed up for garage parking you may park in your spot. For all other vehicles, you will need to find parking on your own as our parking has been leased out for the year. The closest public parking garage is located at 199 Division Street. We have validation tickets to use in the East Lansing parking lots to cover some of your time. Make sure to pick one up!

We will send out roommate information in July that will include the names and contact info of those you will be living with. You can also find your roommates on the Lifestyle mobile app, which download through the App Store or Play Store on your mobile device.

We collect the first installment in July to help keep move in quick and efficient. Your first installment is due July 1 and the next installment is not due until September 1.

You are not paying for the month of August. To keep things simple, we have taken the total of your lease agreement and broken it up into 12 equal installments.

You can move in any time after your assigned move-in date if you choose, as long as it is during office hours and is scheduled with our staff. Please let us know before 8/10 if you will not be arriving on that day so we can schedule another time that works best for your schedule. You can simply call the office at 517-507-5516.

Yes, as long as the items do not damage the walls when you remove them.

Only you or your guarantor may pick up keys.

$100,000 in personal liability coverage. Residents name and full address, including unit number, have to be on policy
Our property name and our address must be listed as an additional interested party. Should you not bring your own insurance, you will be placed into our Captive Insurance Program automatically that will capture all needed requirements above. It is the simplest way to make sure that you are covered and you are automatically enrolled.

The unit assignment addendum will be sent to all incoming residents when placement is sent out. This will have your unit number and bed space as well as the floor plan type listed. The primary resident will need to sign this document, but the guarantor will not be required to sign this. This document can be found on the Resident Portal using the primary resident (not guarantor) login. It will be able to sign under the “Documents” tab.

Given the large number of residents and limited storage, we are unable to accept packages/shipments prior to 8/21.
