- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to fair and responsible banking practices.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to fair and responsible banking.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on fair lending and consumer protection regulations.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends related to fair and responsible banking practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fair and responsible practices are integrated into all areas of the bank.
- Monitor and report on the bank's compliance with fair lending and consumer protection regulations.
- Lead a team of compliance professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders on compliance issues and initiatives.
- Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks or violations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of ethical and responsible practices within the bank.
- Collaborate with external regulators and auditors during compliance examinations and audits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry organizations and stay informed on best practices in fair and responsible banking.
- Implement and oversee a compliance training program for all employees.
- Represent the bank at industry conferences and events to promote our commitment to fair and responsible practices.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge Of Fair And Responsible Banking Regulations: The Compliance Group Manager Fair And Responsible Banking Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of All Relevant Regulations, Including The Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Housing Act, And Community Reinvestment Act.
Experience In Compliance Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Management Role, Preferably In The Banking Industry. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Overseeing Compliance Audits.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Compliance Group Manager Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Regulations And Identify Potential Compliance Risks For The Bank. They Should Also Have Experience In Conducting Compliance Testing And Monitoring To Ensure Adherence To Regulations.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Involves Managing A Team Of Compliance Professionals, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Foster A Culture Of Compliance Within The Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Compliance Group Manager, Effective Communication Is Crucial. The Candidate Must Be Able To Communicate Complex Regulatory Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Auditors, And Regulators. They Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
